Our eight waist bags use four kinds of fabric: stretch Lycra with a TPU inner layer, Oxford (waterproof or water-resistant), nylon, and a water-resistant fabric paired with a honeycomb mesh back panel. The right choice depends on how the bag will be worn: a slim running belt needs stretch and low weight, an everyday bag needs a sturdy face that takes a logo well, and a crossbody bag needs a fabric that holds its shape.

How do the fabrics differ in use?
- Lycra with a TPU inner layer: stretches with the body, so the bag sits close while running. At 0.05 kg it is the lightest of these eight styles.
- Waterproof Oxford: a tightly woven face with a waterproof surface; the 2025 running bag uses it.
- Water-resistant Oxford: sheds splashes and light rain, keeps its shape and wipes clean. It is the most common choice among these eight styles.
- Nylon: a smoother face and a slightly heavier hand; the 2017 is our plain nylon style.
- Honeycomb mesh back panel: the 2035 uses it against the body for airflow during longer wear.
"Water-resistant" means the fabric sheds splashes and light rain; it is not a promise that the bag can be submerged. If your market requires specific material test reports, tell us before sampling so we can discuss what applies to your order.
Does the fabric change the logo method?
It can. Oxford and nylon take screen printing, heat transfer and embroidery well; on stretch Lycra we check the method on the sample first, because the fabric moves with the wearer. How do I choose for a custom order?
- Start from how the bag will be worn: running, everyday, or crossbody.
- Pick one of our existing styles that already uses a suitable fabric — that keeps you on the lower entry quantity.
- If you need a different fabric, colour or structure, that becomes a custom build.
Choosing an existing style with your logo starts at MOQ from 50 pcs*. Custom colors and structure available on request (from 500 pcs). Sample 7-15 days, subject to style complexity and confirmed per project; bulk production usually takes 15-30 days, confirmed in your quotation.
