A Three-Month Sampling Story
One 1,000-piece first order taught us what design partnership means in practice.
A US outdoor streetwear brand came to us with a waist bag idea and a 1,000-piece first order. The quantity was clear; the product was not yet settled. Colour, webbing, zipper pull and logo placement all needed to work together.
That one project went through sampling work over three months. It was not a promise that every project takes three months, and it was not a negative story. It was one occasion when careful re-sampling was the right investment for the product.
The experience shaped this site's focus: waist bag structure and patient sampling support for buyers who need a factory to stay engaged while the design becomes production-ready.
One production team, two trading entities
Tianjin Nameer International Trade Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Junyi Premium Trading Co., Ltd. share the same Baigou factory area and production team. The factory area includes multiple buildings. The manufacturing history is described as 20+ years making bags, not as either company's registration date.
The sewing workshop covers 3,000 sqm. The team has 35 production members and 15 sales and support members, with annual production of 200,000+ units and exports to 10+ markets.
